Schedule: Fully onsite

Pay: $28 - $32/hour

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join a growing team supporting a distributed workforce. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working directly with end users, and making a visible impact on daily operations.

**Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this role, as you will be supporting a diverse employee population.

What You Will Do

  • Provide day-to-day technical support to employees via phone, email, and in person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues across the organization
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
  • Support and maintain business applications and operating systems
  • Assist with setup, deployment, and upgrades of IT equipment
  • Maintain accurate hardware inventory and asset tracking
  • Support mobile devices including iOS and Android
  • Assist with phone systems and mobile device management
  • Train employees on hardware, software, and basic technical best practices
  • Travel as needed to support multiple locations

What You Bring

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or desktop support
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments (Windows 10 and 11)
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
  • Familiarity with Apple and Android mobile devices
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Certification such as CompTIA A+ is a plus
